1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, forms, tools, and related online services operated by Seamless Home, LLC (the “Sites”), including seamlesshome.com and seamlessenergy.com.
By accessing or using the Sites, or by submitting information through a form on the Sites, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.
If you use the Sites on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
2. Who we are
Seamless Home, LLC (“Seamless,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides residential energy and home-improvement related services, including consultation, design, financing facilitation, installation coordination, and post-installation support, as described on the Sites. Physical installation work is typically performed by licensed local installing partners engaged for a project; specific roles and responsibilities for a given job are set out in the applicable project documents, not solely in these Terms.
3. Our services
The Sites describe offerings that may include solar, battery backup, water treatment, HVAC, home automation, remodeling, roofing, and related home services, as well as partner programs for sales organizations, installers, and EPCs. Availability, pricing, eligibility, and service area are confirmed for each enquiry and may change. Nothing on the Sites is a guarantee that we can serve every address or every project type.
Marketing descriptions, calculators, checklists, and blog content on the Sites are informational. They are not a substitute for a site-specific assessment, a signed contract, or advice from your own counsel, engineer, or licensed contractor where required.
4. Using the Sites
You agree to use the Sites only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites, our systems, or other users' data;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Sites, including by introducing malware or overloading infrastructure;
- Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to collect content or contact information from the Sites except as allowed by public search-engine indexing of publicly available pages;
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority when submitting a form or communicating with us;
- Use the Sites to send spam or unlawful marketing, or to violate telemarketing, privacy, or consumer-protection law.
5. Accounts and accuracy
If we provide account access (for example, a customer or partner portal), you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Information you submit through forms or portals must be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for keeping contact details current so we can reach you about your enquiry or project.
6. Quotes, proposals, and contracts
A website form submission, phone call, or informal estimate is not a binding contract for installation or other paid work. Binding commitments are made only in a signed agreement (or other document we designate as binding) that sets price, scope, schedule, payment, warranty, and other project terms.
Home-improvement and contractor licensing rules of the state or locality where work is performed may impose mandatory contract contents, notices, and cancellation rights. Those rules control where they apply, and nothing in these Terms is intended to waive non-waivable consumer rights.
7. SMS Terms
This section is the SMS Terms referenced on our contact forms. Additional detail on calls, texts, and email appears in Privacy Policy Section 6, including text-messaging program terms in Section 6.4.
By checking the consent box on a Seamless Home form and submitting it, you provide prior express written consent for Seamless Home, LLC to contact you by SMS/MMS text message and by email at the phone number and email address you provide, including messages sent using an automated system. Messages may include responses to your enquiry, appointment and scheduling updates, project or service communications, and marketing about our residential energy and home-improvement services.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Text STOP to cancel. You may receive one final confirmation message. After that, we will not send further marketing texts to that number unless you opt in again.
- Text HELP for help, or contact us using Section 16 below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may enquire about or purchase services without agreeing to marketing texts.
- We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your mobile number or your text-message consent to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information generally.
Service and transactional messages related to a request or purchase you made (for example, appointment reminders) may continue as described in the Privacy Policy even if you revoke marketing consent, unless you tell us to stop those as well.
8. Intellectual property
The Sites and their content — including text, graphics, logos, layouts, tools, and software — are owned by Seamless Home, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Sites for your personal or internal business purposes in evaluating or using our services.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Site content except as expressly allowed in writing, or as permitted by fair use or similar limitations of law.
9. Third parties and financing
The Sites may link to third-party websites or describe third-party products (including lenders and financing providers). We do not control those third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your dealings with them.
If you apply for financing, the lender's disclosures, credit decisions, and agreements govern that relationship. Seamless Home may facilitate an introduction or application process; facilitation is not a guarantee of approval or of any particular rate or product.
10. Disclaimers
THE SITES AND ALL CONTENT ON THEM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEAMLESS HOME, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content (including estimates, calculators, and savings examples) will be accurate or complete for your situation. Project outcomes depend on site conditions, permits, utilities, product availability, and the terms of your signed agreement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers. In those jurisdictions, the above may apply only to the extent permitted.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEAMLESS HOME, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITES OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Sites or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or (b) the amounts you paid to Seamless Home, LLC specifically for access to the Sites in the twelve months before the claim (if any). This limit does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not replace or cap remedies under a signed project contract for installation or other services, which are governed by that contract.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seamless Home, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Sites, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Sites, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to do so for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Sites at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Sites after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process for material changes. For significant changes affecting consent to contact you, we will rely on the consent language presented at the time you submit a form.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, excluding conflict-of-law rules, because Seamless Home, LLC maintains its listed contact address in Park City, Utah. Subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under the law of your state of residence or the state where services are performed, courts located in Utah will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Sites.
Project contracts for installation or other field services may specify a different governing law or venue; those contract terms control for disputes under that contract. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

These Terms are a website and communications agreement. They are not a substitute for a signed home-improvement or installation contract, and they do not create rights beyond those provided by applicable law except where they expressly grant a right we will honor as stated.
